The main idea was to treat people with respect and offer them all available options and then help them decide what would work best for their situation. The way to do this is to make the trip to the job site, no matter where. Viewing the job site and meeting with YOU, the prospective customer, determining your needs and wants. This is not always the easiest way, but the only fair way. Seeing the conditions I have to deal with rather than quoting over the phone is the only way to be fair to both of us. Once the decision has been made to repair or replace the items in question, Dalessio Overhead Door promises to do quality work at a reasonable price. We will give you a time frame for arrival that will not cost you your whole day. We have grown significantly and are continuing to grow. As we do, we will always keep in mind what we started back in 1993: personal, customized service for our clients.
